To accommodate all our patients with convenience and to eliminate unnecessary travel, we offer free virtual consultations prior to surgery, as well as comprehensive concierge plastic surgery services. In order to successfully deliver such services, we have set forth the following instructions for clients seeking same-day virtual consultations and price quotes.
Step One: Email or Text Info and Photos
Please provide the information requested on this page and email it to our office. Please submit recent photos that are standardized to match the views found in our photo gallery for your chosen procedure(s).
Our surgical coordinator can be reached by phone and/or email to assist you further in this process. All photos should be taken against a solid background whenever possible.

Step Two: Phone Consultation
Our Patient Coordinator will assist you in setting up a video consultation with Dr. Del Vecchio at a specific time.WhatsApp is the superior format for video consultations; this app can be easily downloaded to your phone.
During this consultation, you will be able to discuss your concerns as we gain a better understanding of what your surgical goals are. You will be provided with a surgical assessment and preliminary plan of treatment. If appropriate, this will be followed by a same-day proposal for surgical services, including location and pricing.
Step Three: Scheduling Your Surgery
Congratulations on making the decision to book with us! Once you have decided to proceed with your surgery, our Patient Coordinator will help you schedule your pre-op consultation visit, surgery date, and post-operative visits. For out-of town patients, it is recommended you arrive at least 1 to 2 days prior to your surgery so that any missed labs or details of your surgical plan that may need adjustments can be made. Please be sure to call in advance to secure your surgery date with Dr. Del Vecchio; a non-refundable deposit will be required to book your surgery at that time.
Occasionally we have last minute cancellations, and we may be able to accommodate you sooner than this timeframe.
Once your surgery is scheduled you will receive a pre-operative packet containing information and pre-operative instructions about your surgery. Patient safety is our main priority, so we will require pre-operative lab work and in some cases a medical clearance from your primary care physician prior to your surgery.
We will provide you with specific details during your virtual consultation.
Our staff will gladly assist you with accommodations, aftercare, and make recommendations for local restaurants and/or activities during your stay.
Step Four: Planning Your Recovery
Depending on your surgical treatment plan, we ask our patients to stay in the area for 3-10 days following your surgery. We require that our out-of-town patients bring a friend or relative to accompany them to and from surgery. We can arrange for a chaperone service as well. Your attendant should stay with you for at least the first 48 hours following your surgery. Our Patient Coordinator can assist you with your transportation, your post-operative stay at a hotel, and even a companion with patient care experience.
